It is helping financial institutions, especially CDFIs, be the first to "say yes" to their otherwise thin file/no file borrowers.
Arne Michalson, James Lee — SUM+R Labs
SUM+R Labs is developing AI-enabled solutions for radiology workflows and report generation to automate the summarization of clinical information in electronic health records. SUM+R Labs aims to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of radiology departments, ultimately improving patient care. The company is preparing to fundraise this year to advance its innovative technology and expand its impact in the healthcare industry.

This duo aim to improve the hair loss patient journey, from diagnosis to treatment, through innovative solutions. Located in the Bay Area, they are dedicated to enhancing the experience of individuals dealing with hair loss by offering comprehensive and personalized care.
Grant McNaughton — Quickie
Quickie gives you access to some of the best ethical adult entertainment in the world. It works with creators to re-monetize their existing content while giving users a highly-personalized feed.
Jorge Quiroga — 550Holdings
550Holdings is a holding company focused on acquiring and growing small to medium-sized businesses. Based in Menlo Park, CA, 550Holdings aims to create value through strategic acquisitions and operational excellence. The company is gearing up for a fundraising round this year to support its acquisition strategy and expand its portfolio.
Joseph Kao — CircuBat
CircuBat transforms end-of-life EV battery management through a fast and accurate battery cell diagnostics solution that is 10 times faster than current methods while maintaining high accuracy. Its solution enables scalable second-life battery warranties and certifications for energy system integrators and developers. The company is based in Palo Alto, CA and set to fundraise in Q4’24 to scale its innovative technology and impact.
Lizzy McGee, James Underwood — TexasLand USA
TexasLand USA is developing an immersive, story-driven, family-friendly theme park in the Houston area. The park will feature the best of Texas under one roof, including rides rooted in Texas’s diverse folklore and history, iconic F&B and retail brands from the Lone Star State, and educational exhibits.
Maria Mejia — The Cold Brew Project
The Cold Brew Project makes naturally sweet cold brew with only two ingredients: water and ethically sourced coffee beans. The Cold Brew Project aims to provide a fun coffee experience by offering kegs of cold brew to offices to enjoy on tap. With a unique origin story and a focus on quality to make a social impact, the company currently has no plans to fundraise but is committed to growing its customer base across the Bay Area.
Nan Li — IgniX
IgniX is developing a hydrogen-based solution for medium and heavy-duty trucks to reduce emissions and increase efficiency. The company is at the forefront of the automotive industry’s shift towards sustainable energy, and plans to fundraise this year to accelerate the development and deployment of its cutting-edge hydrogen technology.
Saloni Goel — Stealth
Solving communication overload in the workplace — saving employees countless hours and brain space and saving enterprises millions of dollars in lost revenue each year.
